RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY


Our goal at iAutoBodyParts.com is 100% Customer Satisfaction. If a problem does arise, here are guidelines for resolving potential issues.

iAutoBodyParts.com - Basic Return Policy:

All return must have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA, follow the link below, or call our customer service department

Customer Responsibility / Suggestions:
    There are actions we suggest all consumers take prior to and during any online/mail/phone order transaction.
  • If you are unsure if the part is correct for a vehicle PLEASE contact us before ordering. We are very happy to research and make sure you are getting the right part. We do not want to sell you something that will not work for you.
  • The RMA number MUST be on the return label.
  • Please make certain of the year of your car. If there is any question, please look at your state automobile registration form.
  • When the part(s) are picked up, please inspect all items. All warranty periods begin on the date of when the part(s) was picked up.
  • Please CAREFULLY inspect items prior to installation. This includes prior to delivering them to a third party for installation. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee or refuse credit on parts that have been installed or attempted to install. This includes fit test, etc.
  • If a part has been painted or an alteration has been performed, this action will void the return and warranty and the product cannot be returned.

    If you should decide that you do not want an item that is still in brand new condition (in its original packaging) you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date (excludes custom made items). Before you return your purchase, please contact our call center to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Number). Upon receipt we will issue a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee. Once the product is returned, the refund traditionally takes about 3-5 business days for the funds to be available.

  • If the product is damaged:

    If the unfortunate situation arises where the part is damaged, you must notify us within 2 business days after the product is picked up/received. Before you return your purchase, please contact our call center to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Number). Once the product is returned, the refund traditionally takes about 3-5 business days for the funds to be available.
